Terms of Service

In these Terms, "Algo Market Labs®", "we" and "us" refer to the operator of this website and seller of the software: Darko Josipovic, sole proprietorship trading as Algo Market Labs®, Route de la Plaine 18, 3960 Sierre, Switzerland.

"Software" means the Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 5 offered on this website, delivered as compiled .ex5 files, together with related presets, tools and documentation. "You" means the individual or entity purchasing or using a license.

The Software also includes chart analysis tools, such as AML Harmonic Scanner, that place no orders: they detect and display chart patterns and can send notifications. The provisions of these Terms about positions and orders do not apply to these tools.

Subject to full payment and compliance with these Terms, Algo Market Labs® grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software for your own trading, as a single trader.

• Annual license: valid for one year from the date of purchase. It does not renew automatically and can be renewed for one year, by a new payment, at the price shown on the site on the renewal date.
• Lifetime license: valid with no time limit, unless terminated under these Terms.
• Each license can be activated on up to 2 MetaTrader 5 accounts (live or demo).
• Activations are bound to MT5 account numbers: the first 2 accounts on which the Software starts with your key. To move an activation to another account, write to support (support@algomarketlabs.com).
• When an annual license expires without renewal, the Software no longer opens new positions. Positions already open keep the stop-loss and take-profit orders sent to the broker; it is your responsibility to monitor and close them.
• Analysis tools (AML Harmonic Scanner): annual license only. When it expires, the tool stops detecting patterns and sending notifications. Notifications go through third-party services (MetaTrader push notifications, Telegram) that you set up yourself; their delay and availability are not guaranteed. The patterns and levels displayed describe a chart configuration: they are neither signals nor buy or sell recommendations.

All intellectual property rights in the Software remain with Algo Market Labs®. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:

• decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Software;
• modify, adapt or create derivative works of the Software;
• resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or otherwise make the Software available to third parties;
• share, publish or transfer your license key, or use it to operate accounts belonging to other persons;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent the license verification or activation limits;
• use the Software to provide signal, copy-trading or account management services to third parties without our prior written consent.

Prices are stated in euros (EUR). Payments are processed by Stripe; accepted methods are shown at checkout. Algo Market Labs® does not receive or store your full card details.

The Software is delivered digitally. After successful payment, an order confirmation is sent to you by email with the license key, the download link and these Terms; the key and the link are also shown on the confirmation page once that email has been sent. No physical product is shipped.

It is your responsibility to verify, before purchase, that your broker, account type, terminal and operating system meet the requirements stated in the documentation.

Capital and suitability: the capital the Software needs to take its signals depends on the minimum position your broker offers on your account, not on the Software. If your capital is insufficient for the chosen risk setting, the Software skips signals; it can also lose all the capital in the account. On a small account, the license price can exceed the possible gains. Before payment, you are asked to confirm that you understand these points.

Algo Market Labs® gives no investment advice, manages no capital and does not run the Software on your behalf: you install, configure and use it yourself, on your own account (see section 7).

Each license includes access to updates of the purchased system for its whole term: one year for the annual license, with no time limit for the lifetime license. Updates may include bug fixes, compatibility changes and improvements; we do not commit to a specific release schedule or feature set.

Technical support is provided by email and on Telegram, on a reasonable-efforts basis.

The Software is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, which applies as long as the download has not begun.

At checkout, you are asked to give your express consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. Once the download has begun with that consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

To exercise the right of withdrawal before any download, write to support@algomarketlabs.com with your order reference, for example with the model form below. This does not affect your statutory rights where the Software is defective or does not conform to its description. Any refund beyond these statutory rights is at the discretion of Algo Market Labs®.

The Software, documentation, website content and support communications are provided for informational and technical purposes only. They do not constitute investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Algo Market Labs® is not a broker, investment adviser or portfolio manager and does not manage client funds. You alone decide whether and how to use the Software, including all risk settings, and you bear full responsibility for your trading decisions and results. Please read the Risk Disclosure.

To the extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, that it will operate with every broker or terminal build, or that it will achieve any particular trading result.

To the extent permitted by law, Algo Market Labs® is not liable for trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software, including losses caused by market conditions, broker execution, connectivity, VPS or terminal failures.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with a license is limited to the amount you paid for that license. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.

Your license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms, in particular the restrictions in section 3. Algo Market Labs® may then deactivate the license key without refund. The license may also be deactivated where a payment is reversed or charged back.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including restrictions, disclaimers and limitation of liability, remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Sierre (Valais, Switzerland). If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
